These Terms govern your use of the ALUME website, every product you order from us, and your communication with our team. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets, all processed through secure PCI-compliant payment gateways. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless mentioned otherwise. Each order is reviewed before dispatch; we may cancel or hold orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, payment verification failures, or suspected fraud.
All photos, product descriptions, illustrations, packaging artwork, the ALUME name and logo, and the AuraLoop™ and Bearista product marks belong to ALUME or are used under licence. Sharing product links or short references on personal social media is welcome. Reposting our images, copy, or design on commercial platforms without written permission is not permitted.
You're free to browse, save favourites, share with friends, and shop with us. What isn't permitted: automated scraping or crawling, bulk reposting of our content, attempting to bypass site security, or using our store to violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict access in such cases.
Customers may browse, create an account, and purchase products for personal use. Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy store content, or interfere with store operations.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, product details, offers, and promotions may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is inaccurate, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or stock is unavailable.
We try to show product colors, sizing, materials, and details accurately. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, packaging updates, or handmade/production variations.
Customers are responsible for keeping account details and passwords secure. Information submitted through the store must be accurate and up to date so we can process orders and contact customers when required.
Store branding, images, product descriptions, page layouts, and other website materials are protected content. Customers may not copy, reuse, sell, or distribute store content without written permission.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the store is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays outside our control, third-party services, or customer misuse of products.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Yes — you can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Email us via the Contact page with your order number, and we'll process the cancellation along with a full refund to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days). Once an order is dispatched, the Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways — we never see or store your card details.
